Our terms of service apply to all transactions on the Norwexnaturallyclean.com.au website and are set out below. Please read through these carefully before placing your order and then print a copy for your future reference if desired. 1. Norwexnaturallyclean.com.au prices are displayed in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. 2. Payment by either PayPal or direct deposit must be made before products will be shipped. Any credit card transaction made by over the phone orders will appear on your credit card statement as Elizabeth Cantwell. 3. Goods and prices are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply particular items, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be made for the items not available where you have already paid for the goods. 4. All orders will be attended to as soon as possible and will generally arrive within 10-14 days of placing the order. 5. Norwex offers a 60 day money-back satisfaction guarantee if you are for some reason unsatisfied with the product. Should a product fail to perform as intended, it can be returned for an exchange or refund as long as the original customer order form accompanies the item(s). For these returns, postage is the customer’s responsibility. Items must be returned to the consultant from whom they were purchased. 6. All Norwex microfibre products are guaranteed for a period of 2 years from date of purchase against faulty workmanship and materials. The guarantee does not cover misuse or wear and tear. Microfibre must not be used on hot cookware or surfaces. 7. If the item(s) is being returned because of a shipping error by Head Office or a manufacturer’s defect, Norwex will refund the cost of your postage. A copy of the postage receipt must accompany all returns. If not included with the return, there will be a delay in postage refund. Postage will only be refunded on regular postage, not on Express Post or courier services, unless Express Post or courier service is more economical. 8. Products received as Hostess gifts can be returned for exchange within the 60 day warranty period if they were received damaged or defective. We will not give cash credit for products or exchange for different products any gift received for free by the hostess. Only items ordered with the hostess discount can be exchanged for other items of equal value. We will not give cash refunds for these products. 9. All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours, although we try to acknowledge all complaints immediately. The customer will be informed of all progress. 10. In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1984, we do not supply any of your details to any third party unless you have requested to be placed in contact with a consultant in your area. 11. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. 12. None of the above affects your statutory rights. |
